Join us for Mayford Athletics fun and friendly  2022 Summer   Tournament and Fayre

Friday Parents/Coaches/Managers Session Kicks off at 18.30 Friday 1st July - registration 18:00

Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd- Morning sessions kick off at 9.15am - Afternoon sessions kick off at 14.00pm  so we kindly ask all teams register  by 15 mins before.

Parents/Coaches/Managers- 5 aside/Max Squad=8

Under 6- 5 aside/Max Squad=8

Under 7-5 aside/Max Squad=8

Under 8-Under 15 - 6 aside/Max Squad=9

Under 16-5 aside/Max Squad=8

This event is held in a first class venue with excellent facilities including:

*Variety of food and beverage options, BBQ, Craft and many other stands to keep everyone entertained,   Inflatables/Games, Team photos by SouthEast Photography

*U6- All participants to receive a medal

*U7 and U8- All participants to receive a medal, winning team in each group (1 of 5) to receive a team trophy

*U9-U16- Winning team in each group (1 of 5) to receive a team trophy plus a medal for each participant of winning and runner up teams

*Fully qualified referees will officiate at the competition on  Saturday and Sunday (Friday Adults friendly will be self referreed). 



Notes:

1.Groups will consist  of 5 teams with all playing a minimum of 4 games.  (There will be a winner per group and teams will be placed into groups as best appropriate to accommodate levels based on league and Division where applicable there will not be a merger of the groups following  the group and group finals games)

2. Under 6's will not be competitive and involve a variety of fun football games , races and more.

3. The Parents/Coaches/Managers friendly 5 aside will take a similar format to be finalised.

4. Confirmation email will be sent on receipt of application and payment and managers packs will be sent to teams Late May 2022 and be available on the Tourneopal site- LINK to be provided.

5. Entry charge will be £3 per  Adult. No concessions. No charge for 1 Registered team manager/coach as entered in Sportsreg. (i.e for each team registered 1 adult will not be charged)

6. All players must hold a current 21/22 season registration for their respective teams

7. We kindly request all payments are mad online so will not be accepting offline payments.



The deadline for registration has passed

Cancellations before 1st May will be refunded in full. Cancellations after 1st  May will not be refunded unless a direct swapout with another team.
